Perils of Bribery
Bribery is one of the most evil practices. As voters, we might not have the skill to find out how to eradicate such type of evil. The wisest thing we can do for our nation is to avoid being an accessory to the crime.
A lot of businesses were pulled down because of the practice of bribery by their rivals. This is also one of the wicked moves commonly practiced during campaign and even during elections. Instead of casting one’s vote because the candidate deserved to be trusted to lead the nation, an undeserving person is considered because of the money he bought those votes for.
A candidate giving bribes should open our eyes to the reality that he doesn’t deserve to be granted our confidence. If he is worth it, why would he offer money to pay off for the people’s votes in the first place? Do we deserve to be treated that way?
Bribery is manipulation in a different costume. These candidates will really find ways to get our eyes off the nasty information about them. We should be more intelligent than that. Observations and studies show that if the US Treasury will directly finance these political movements, rate of bribery is expected to decrease. But then again, we don’t have any control over that.
Don’t throw your precious vote away by giving in to bribery. Submitting ourselves to that evil act will make us the other evil one. If the nation falls because of a bad leader, can we just shrug our shoulders and pretend we have nothing to do with it?
